What is terrain medicine?
Terrain medicine treats the conditions that allowed an illness to develop rather than suppressing the symptom it produces. Conventional medicine asks what the disease is. Terrain medicine asks why this person, and why now.

How do I become a new patient?
New patients begin with a short discovery call to determine whether the practice is a good fit. If it is, you are scheduled for a full-length new patient visit, in person in West Sedona or by video.
Do you accept insurance?
Red Rock Naturopathic is a direct-pay practice. Payment is due at the time of service. Many patients submit bills to their FSH/HSA for possible reimbursement, though coverage for naturopathic care varies by plan.
What happens at the first visit?
The first visit is long. Ninety minutes is typical. We go through your complete health history, not just the current complaint, including prior labs, past treatments, and what has and hasn’t worked. Most complex cases have a pattern in them that only shows up when the whole timeline is laid out together.
You’ll leave with an initial plan. Lab work is usually ordered at or before this visit so results are ready for the follow-up.

Yes. Dr. Adam Tice, ND is a classical homeopath with 20 years of clinical experience. Classical homeopathy prescribes a single remedy matched to the person’s complete symptom picture rather than to the disease name alone.
