Complex Case Medicine

“Everyone has addressed a different part of me.”

Nobody has looked at the whole case.

It started in your gut. Now it's your energy, your sleep, your hormones, your skin. You've cleaned up your diet more than once. You've seen the gastroenterologist and a few practitioners since. There is a folder of labs and a cabinet of supplements, and you still don't know what matters most.

Another protocol rarely fixes that. What the case needs is someone to read all of it, in order, and decide what comes first.

That is what the Complex Case Review is for.

Complex Case Review

  • 90-minute consultation with Dr. Adam Tice
  • Focused intake before your visit
  • Review of up to three of your most important labs
  • A written Case Orientation Summary
  • A clear recommendation for your next step

For new adult patients, including visitors who want to get established while they’re in Sedona. It starts with a short application, and we follow up personally about fit and scheduling.

How We Practice

Medicine that starts with the person.

Good medicine begins by understanding the person, not only naming the diagnosis. Our doctors draw from traditional naturopathic medicine and careful clinical assessment, and use what the individual case calls for.

01

Classical Homeopathy

Individualized prescribing based on the complete pattern of symptoms and constitution.

02

Naturopathic Medicine

Nutrition, lifestyle, hydrotherapy, botanical medicine, supplementation, and traditional naturopathic therapies.

03

Laboratory Testing

Conventional and specialized testing, used only when the result is likely to clarify the case or change treatment.

04

Clinical Nutrition

Therapeutic diets, food evaluation, nutrient restoration, and practical dietary strategies.

05

Ayurvedic Pulse Diagnosis

Traditional pulse assessment, used as an additional lens on constitution and patterns of imbalance.

06

Nature Cure

Supporting the body's inherent healing processes while identifying and removing obstacles to health.

Our Clinical Framework

The Minimum Dose Method

Before adding another treatment, we ask a more basic question: what level of intervention does this case actually require?

1. Establish the terrain. Look first at the conditions that support health: nourishment, digestion, sleep, movement, environment, stress, relationships, and the person's broader constitution.
2. Stimulate and support. Use lower-force approaches such as homeopathy, hydrotherapy, nutrition, botanicals, and structural support when they are appropriate.
3. Escalate when necessary. Target pathology more directly, use pharmacologic care when appropriate, and refer for specialist or emergency care when higher-force intervention is required.
Correct level. Correct sequence. Minimum necessary force.
